I-95 Corridor Coalition scholarships

The I-95 Corridor Coalition has provided funding for FULL SCHOLARSHIPS for 14 Coalition members to attend the Operations Academy™ Senior Management Program scheduled for Novermber 2011 session.

To date, 150 participants from across the country have participated in six sessions of this intensive two week program consisting of classroom lectures, workshops, working field trips and presentations by nationally recognized guest speakers. The completion of this program represents a significant accomplishment for each participant. Sixty six (66) of the participants have been I-95 Corridor Coalition members who were able to participate because of scholarship funding provided by the Coalition.

If you would like to be considered for one of the Coalition scholarships available, please complete the Nomination Form and submit it by the appropriate date to the University of Maryland contact found at the bottom of the form. Scholarships will cover tuition and room/board; participants are responsible for travel costs.

Coalition scholarships will be awarded based on the following criteria:

The nomination is submitted by a Coalition member agency.
The nominee is an active participant on a Coalition Program Track Committee, Steering Committee or the Executive Board.
Nominees selected will be from a variety of Coalition members and states, and represent a variety of operations related responsibilities.
